To ensure all guests feel comfortable, we kindly ask you to observe the following house rules:

Pets

Pets are not allowed.

Parties & Events

Parties and events are not permitted in the apartment.

Quiet Hours

Please observe quiet hours from 10:00 pm to 6:00 am.

Smoking

Smoking is strictly prohibited in all apartments. In the event of a violation, a special cleaning fee of €500 will be charged.

Cleanliness & Check-out

Please leave the apartment tidy upon departure. Excessive soiling beyond normal use may be charged additionally.

Damage & Keys

Any damage caused by the guest to the rental property, its furnishings, or shared facilities must be reported immediately and will be charged to the responsible party. This also includes the loss of keys.
