How does check-in/key handover work?

The key is in the key safe. You will receive the code by email before your arrival.
From what time can I arrive?

Check-in is possible from 3:00 PM.
By when do I have to leave?

Check-out is until 11:00 AM.
Do I have to dispose of the rubbish myself before departure?

No. You do not need to dispose of the rubbish yourself before departure.
Are bed linen and towels provided?

Yes. Bed linen and towels are provided for you.
Is there Wi-Fi?

Yes. The Wi-Fi access data is available in the apartment.
Is smoking allowed in the apartments?

No. All apartments are non-smoking. If this rule is violated, we will charge an additional cleaning fee.
Are pets allowed?

No, pets are not allowed.
Are there parking facilities?

Yes, parking is possible in front of the house on the street.
Can I park my bicycle here?

Yes, bicycles can be parked in the courtyard.
Are there any shopping facilities nearby?

Yes, shopping facilities are within walking distance.
Where do I leave the key when I leave?

Please drop the key in the mailbox upon departure.
Are the apartments accessible for people with disabilities?

No, the apartments are not wheelchair accessible – there is no elevator.
